Class Times & Prices

Pilates Mat classes are suitable for all levels including beginners.  You will do a series of exercises on mats using your own body weight as well as small props that will strengthen your core.  Learn to improve body awareness and train your body to move more efficiently.  You can progress at your own pace with new challenges each week. Mat classes are designed for non-injured individuals however minor issues can usually be accommodated for. Smart Moves Pilates offers high quality, enjoyable classes on the NSW Central Coast in Hamlyn Terrace each week during NSW school terms. Your instructor is highly qualified with a Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction and over 20 years experience teaching Pilates.
